Terms of Service

The agreement between Herd Bond Enterprises and the people who use Herd Bond Suite: couples, planners, planner team members and vendors.

Who we are

Herd Bond Suite is operated by Herd Bond Enterprises [legal entity name, state of organization and address to be confirmed].

Accounts

Each person uses their own account and keeps their login private. Accounts may not be shared, including between members of a planning team.

[Minimum age and eligibility to be confirmed by counsel.]

Who owns a wedding workspace

A couple's wedding workspace belongs to the couple. Partners can be invited as co-owners.

Planners, planner team members and vendors get access only by invitation, only to the weddings they're invited to, and only to what the couple shares. The couple can change or remove that access at any time.

Removing a planner, a team member or a vendor ends their access but does not delete the wedding's records.

[How ownership works when a planner creates a workspace before inviting the couple, and what a planner keeps after the relationship ends, to be decided.]

Your content

You keep ownership of what you add: guest lists, documents, photos, website content and messages. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you and the people you choose to share it with.

You're responsible for having the right to add other people's information, such as your guests' contact details.

Acceptable use

[Acceptable use rules to be drafted: no unlawful content, no harassment, no attempts to access other accounts or weddings, no scraping, no misuse of invitations.]

AI features

AI features suggest; people decide. See the AI Feature Disclosures for what the AI does and doesn't do.

Plans and payments

Paid plans, the Wedding Pass and cancellation are covered in the Subscription and Cancellation Terms. Vendor payments are covered in the Vendor and Payment Terms.

Ending your account

You can export your data and ask for your account to be deleted at any time. [What happens to shared weddings when one partner deletes their account, and notice periods for suspension, to be decided.]

Disclaimers and limits of liability

[To be drafted by counsel.] Herd Bond is a planning tool. It doesn't guarantee vendor performance and isn't a party to agreements between couples, planners and vendors.

Governing law and disputes

[Governing law, venue and dispute process to be decided by counsel.]

Changes and contact

We'll give notice before material changes take effect. [Notice period and contact address to be confirmed.]
