AI Feature Disclosures

What the AI in Herd Bond does, what it doesn't do, and where people stay in control.

Two separate AI tools

AI Vision Studio is for the look of your wedding. AI Budget Intelligence is for your money. They don't share results: a design concept never creates a budget item, estimate or spending recommendation.

AI Vision Studio

Concepts are generated inspiration, not photographs of real places, products or arrangements, and not quotes. Vendors may interpret them differently.

Generations have a monthly fair-use allowance on each plan. [Allowances to be set.]

In the prototype, concepts are written descriptions and color palettes; AI images arrive in a later phase.

AI Budget Intelligence

The AI can read uploaded proposals, contracts and invoices and suggest the vendor, amounts, due dates and terms. It shows where each value came from and flags values it wasn't sure about.

Nothing the AI reads changes your budget, an invoice, a vendor or a payment until a person reviews and approves it.

All totals are calculated by ordinary arithmetic from your approved records, never estimated by the AI.

An uploaded invoice is never treated as proof of payment. Something is only paid when a payment is recorded.

Explanations and answers describe your own figures. They aren't financial, tax or legal advice.

Your data and AI

Content you send to an AI feature is processed by an AI provider. [Provider, retention and training terms to be confirmed before launch; see the Privacy Policy.]

Mistakes

AI can be wrong. Always check AI-read values against the original document, which is kept unchanged and can be opened from the review screen.
