Subscription and Cancellation Terms

Couples

Herd Bond Free: $0, a permanent plan with the core planning tools. Not a trial.

Herd Bond Plus: $29 per month, adding the full AI assistant, AI Vision Studio, AI Budget Intelligence and premium website design.

Wedding Pass: $229 once, with the same features as Plus. [Proposed term: through 12 months after the wedding date, and no more than 36 months from purchase.]

All prices are proposed and shown before tax. [Taxes to be confirmed.]

Upgrading from monthly to the Wedding Pass

If you upgrade to the Wedding Pass within 30 days of your first monthly Plus payment, that $29 payment is credited and you pay $200 more. Monthly renewals stop when the upgrade succeeds.

The credit applies once per wedding, to the first monthly payment only. It can't be claimed again by cancelling and resubscribing.

Cancelling

You can cancel Plus at any time and keep the free core features. [Whether a cancelled month is refunded, and how premium-only content is kept after cancelling, to be decided.]

Planners

Planner Starter $49 per month (up to 3 active weddings), Planner Pro $99 per month (up to 15), Planner Studio $149 per month (up to 50). Every plan includes unlimited team members.

Unlimited team members doesn't mean unlimited AI generations, storage or email sending; those have fair-use allowances. [Allowances to be set.]

Only active weddings count toward the limit. Completed and archived weddings don't.

Downgrading or cancelling never deletes weddings or a couple's own account. If you have more active weddings than a lower plan allows, you'll be told what to complete or archive first.

Payment processing

Payments will be handled by a third-party payment provider. Herd Bond won't store card numbers. No charges are taken until billing is set up and these terms are final.
