This workspace belongs to you and James. Everyone else was invited for this wedding only.

Vendors never see your budget, your guest list or other vendors. Guests only see your public website.

Your planner’s access

Change any area at any time. Removing your planner closes their access but never deletes anything they added.

A JSON file. Your planner’s private notes and other couples’ weddings are never included.

How your information is protected

  • Contracts, invoices and receipts are kept in private storage and opened only through short-lived links. (planned)
  • Each wedding’s records are kept separate; access is checked by the database on every request. (designed, not live yet)
  • Sensitive actions (approving invoices, recording payments, changing access) are logged with who and when. (designed, not live yet)
  • Guest emails, phone numbers and addresses are only visible to you and the planner team members you allow. (designed, not live yet)
  • Encrypted in transit and at rest, with regular backups. (planned)
